The Master of Arts in Human Rights and Democratization (International Program) is a one-year interdisciplinary program that highlights the inseparable links between human rights, democracy, peace, and development in the Asia Pacific region.

The degree is offered by Mahidol University and jointly taught with Ateneo de Manila University (Philippines), Gadjah Mada University (Indonesia), Kathmandu School of Law (Nepal), and the University of Colombo (Sri Lanka). Students spend their first semester in Mahidol University and choose one of four partner universities for their second semester.

The APMA program is currently accepting applications. Deadline for scholarship applicants is 30 April 2024. Self-funded students can apply until 30 April 2024.
