Three Day Human Right Awareness Programme for Prison Officers
The above Programme will be held from 15th August to 17th August 2012 at Centre for Research and Training in Corrections, Department of Prisons. The programme is conducted by the Centre for the Study of Human Rights, University of Colombo and is funded by the Equal Access to Justice Project, UNDP.
Advanced Training Programme – Certificate Awarding Ceremony

4 Day Training of Trainers Programme for Prison Officers
The above Programme (Sinhala and Tamil Medium) will be held from 11th July to 14th July 2012 at The Hector Kobbekaduwa Agrarian Research and Training Institute. The programme is conducted by the Centre for the Study of Human Rights, University of Colombo and is funded by the Equal Access to Justice Project of UNDP.
Advanced Training Programme – Inauguration
The Inauguration Ceremony of the Advanced Training Programmes was held at the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo on 10th March 2012. 33 students enrolled for the Advanced Training Programmes in Sinhala and Tamil Mediums.
