1. Project Coordinator :- (01) (Full time)
(a) Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Sociology or a related field from a recognized university;
(b) Demonstrated 3 years’ of experience in Case Management, Project Management and/or Budget Handling;
(c) Demonstrated experience in supervising field-based projects;
(d) Demonstrable skills in problem solving and teamwork;
(e) Demonstrated commitment to human rights;
(f) Willingness and availability to travel to project locations;
(g) A high level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc);
(h) A high level of oral and written communication skills in English language, and one of the local languages (Sinhala or Tamil).
