The Centre for the Study of Human Rights, University of Colombo is organizing the Training
of Trainers’ programme of officers of the National Child Protection Authority. The
inauguration ceremony will be held on 16th July 2021 at 9.00 am via Zoom.
This training programme is introduced to give knowledge to the law enforcement officers about
the steps to identify, protect victims and rehabilitate about child trafficking and this Training
programme is planning to be conducted based on the training manual developed by the Centre for
the Study of Human Rights. 300 officers of the National Child Protection Authority will be
participated for this programme over a period of a six month duration.
